What does SaaS Direct migrate?
SaaS Direct moves Canadian organizations off NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Sage 300, Sage 50 and Microsoft Dynamics onto QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Enterprise. We also move QuickBooks Desktop Pro and Premier files to QuickBooks Online. We do not migrate into NetSuite or Acumatica. Chart of accounts, transaction history, open receivables and payables, and inventory are reconciled before you sign off.
How long does a NetSuite to QuickBooks migration take?
A standard full-history, single-entity NetSuite to QuickBooks migration takes 20 days. Multi-entity or extended-history migrations take 4 to 8 weeks, scoped after an assessment, and heavily customised NetSuite accounts can take 8 to 12 weeks. The price is fixed in writing before any work starts, and the full plan is on our NetSuite migrations page.
Can I move just my NetSuite opening balances?
Yes. The NetSuite Opening Balance Tool moves opening balances only, for a single entity, with multi-currency supported. It starts at CAD $5,500, with an optional data extraction package, and typically runs in one day. If you run several entities or need full transaction history inside QuickBooks, use our full NetSuite migration service instead.
Is Intuit Enterprise Suite available in Canada?
No. Intuit Enterprise Suite is currently available in the US only, so Canadian organizations move to QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Enterprise instead. If your group also has US entities, those entities can move to Intuit Enterprise Suite (US only, 2 to 8 weeks) through our US team, while your Canadian entities land in QuickBooks.
What Intuit partner designations does SaaS Direct hold?
SaaS Direct is a QuickBooks Business Solutions Partner and a QuickBooks Solutions Partner. In the US, SaaS Direct is also an IES Preferred Migration Partner, a US program that covers Intuit Enterprise Suite migrations for US entities only. Our migration team includes former Big Four accountants working alongside data engineers.
Who is SaaS Direct not the right fit for?
SaaS Direct is not the right fit if you are moving into NetSuite, Acumatica or another ERP, because we only migrate off those systems onto QuickBooks. If your operations depend on ERP-level manufacturing or MRP functions, confirm that QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Enterprise covers them before you commit. A discovery call is the quickest way to check.
